21+ Only — Federal Law

Under the federal Tobacco 21 law, it is illegal to sell tobacco or vapor products to anyone under 21 years of age anywhere in the United States. We take this seriously: every customer must be verified as 21 or older before we ship a single order.

How Verification Works

We use AgeChecker.net, an independent age-verification service, at checkout:

1. When you place your first order, the details you enter (name, address, date of birth) are checked instantly against trusted public records. Most customers are verified in seconds with no extra steps.
2. If instant verification fails, you'll be prompted to upload a photo of a valid government-issued ID. A verification specialist reviews it, typically within minutes.
3. If verification cannot be completed, the order is cancelled and fully refunded. We will not ship unverified orders — no exceptions.

Verification results are stored against your account so repeat orders usually don't require re-verification. We receive only a pass/fail result and reference ID from AgeChecker.net — see our Privacy Policy for how this data is handled.

Verification at Delivery

Age is checked a second time at your door. Under the PACT Act, our carriers require an adult signature (21+) with photo ID on every delivery. See the Shipping Policy.

Zero Tolerance for Underage Purchase Attempts

• Providing false information to pass verification is prohibited and may be a crime.
• Accounts found to belong to anyone under 21 are permanently closed and pending orders cancelled.
• We cooperate with law enforcement and regulators on underage sale prevention.
